Preparation

Sit straight on a chair. Loop the band around your ankle and to the chair leg behind your foot. Keep the back straight.

Method

Step 1

Now, lift your leg and straighten it in front of you while stretching the band

Step 2

Pause at the top and slowly come to the starting position

Step 3

Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.
