Keep your hands and palm straight. This is the starting position.

Method

Step 1

Keeping your palm and knuckles straight, bend the fingers to create a Hook

Step 2

Keep your thumb straight or slightly bent near your palm

Step 3

Return to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
