Preparation

Hip Abduction and Adduction work the glute muscles. Sit on a bench and place the pads of the machine in front of your knees. It should touch the knees, you knees should be apart.

Method

Step 1

Exhale and push the pads together so they come closer

Step 2

Pause

Step 3

Inhale and come to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
