Preparation

Set up 2 cones 5 meters apart.

Method

Step 1

Run/Sprint in figure 8 around the cones

Step 2

Increase the speed and decrease the distance between the cones as you progress

Step 3

Repeat for the prescribed number of reps

Step 4
