Preparation

Place cones or objects in a zigzag manner. You are now ready to progress your running to change of direction.

Method

Step 1

Start slowly and always push off the outside leg

Step 2

Accelerate out of the turn

Step 3

Use 6-10 cones approximately 5 meters apart.
