Cable Twisting High Arm Row

Preparation

The Cable Twisting High Arm Row lats but it works all of the back muscles. Stand facing high pulley positioned slightly above head level. Grasp stirrup with right hand and step back so the arm is straight. By bending your left knee, place your right knee on the floor. Allow the shoulder with stirrup to be pulled forward with a twist through the waist.

Method

Step 1

Pull the cable attachment to the side of your torso and twist your body slightly

Step 2

Pull the shoulder back

Step 3

Return to the starting position until the arm is extended and your shoulder is pulled forward

Step 4

Repeat and continue with the opposite arm.
