Cable Pushdown with Rope Attachment

Preparation

The primary muscle group worked by the Cable Pushdown is the triceps. Stand facing a high pulley. Grasp a rope attachment with clenched hands side by side (palms in) and bring it front of your waist with bent arms. Position elbows to the side.

Method

Step 1

Now, exhale and extend your arms downward while pulling the rope attachment

Step 2

Your palms should turn down at the bottom

Step 3

Then, inhale and return to the starting position until forearm is close to the upper arm

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
