Preparation

The Cable Pull Through works your hamstrings, gluteus maximus, and lower-back muscles. Stand in front of the machine. Pull and Hold the rope which passes through the middle of your legs.

Method

Step 1

Now, inhale and bend your torso

Step 2

Pause

Step 3

Exhale and come back to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
