Cable Biceps Curl works the bicep muscles. Adjust the pulley to a low height. Stand and hold the cable handle in both the hands with an underhand grip. Arms should be extended but Keep a slight bend in the elbows.
Now, inhale and pull the handle up near your shoulders by curling your arms
Pause
Exhale and return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
