Preparation

Place your feet evenly spaced apart on bosu.

Method

Step 1

Maintain balance by keeping the weight even on both the legs

Step 2

Progress when you're able to catch a ball thrown from a partner or rebounded from the wall

Step 3

Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions

Step 4
