Preparation

Hold a squishy ball in your hand. This is the starting position.

Method

Step 1

Squeeze the ball between the fingers and the thumb

Step 2

Pause

Step 3

Relax and come back to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
