Preparation

Keep you hands and palms straight. This is the starting position.

Method

Step 1

Now, Bend your fingers at the knuckles and the middle joints of each finger while keeping the end-joints of each finger straight

Step 2

You should still be able to see your fingernails when performed correctly

Step 3

Keep the thumb straight

Step 4

Return to the starting position

Step 5

Do it for the prescribed number of repetitions.
