Cable Pushdown (with V-bar)

Preparation

The Cable Pushdown (with V-Bar) works the Triceps. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Facing a high pulley, grasp a V-bar cable attachment in both the hands with an overhand grip. Bend your torso a little. Position revolving bar down in front of your chest by bending your arms.

Method

Step 1

Now, exhale and pull the cable bar downward by extending your arms

Step 2

Hold for a second

Step 3

Inhale and return to the starting position by bending your arms

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
