Cable Pushdown (forward leaning)/Cable bent over bar pushdown

Preparation

Cable Pushdown ( leaning forward ) works the long head of the triceps. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Facing a high pulley, grasp a revolving bar cable attachment in both the hands with an overhand grip. Bend your torso a little and position the revolving bar down in front of your chest by bending your arms.

Method

Step 1

Now, exhale and pull the cable bar downward by extending your arms

Step 2

Hold for a second

Step 3

Inhale and return to the starting position by bending your arms

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
