Ingredients for Yogurt parfait
- › Plain Greek yogurt 175gm x 2
- › Blueberries 100 gm
- › Strawberries 116 gm
- › Grapes 100 gm
- › Mix nuts 15 gm
1. Mix all the above ingredients. The only time to make this is the time you weigh your ingredients. You can use ingredients of your choice as long as they don’t exceed your calorie and macros target. For better taste, you can use vanilla Greek yogurt but it might have little higher calories and sugar. Just use it smartly if you don’t like plain yogurt.
