oats 40gm
whey protein chocolate flavor 1 scoop
olive oil/ghee /coconut oil 5gm
ripped banana 90gm
milk 50ml
whole eggs 2 piece
unsweetened cocoa powder 5gm
baking powder
sweetener/stevia
Grind the oats and add banana , whey protein, two eggs ,little bit cocoa powder (remaining use for chocolate syrup), - spoon milk and grind them together.
Take mixture into bowl and add pinch of baking powder and sweetener according to your taste .
Take a non-stick pan and Grease olive oil /ghee /coconut oil .
Put small amount of batter on pan and cook at medium flame upside down and serve with chocolate syrup.

Take a bowl and add remaining cocoa powder ,milk add sweetener and make chocolate syrup out of it .
note: you can also use honey instead of sweetener just adjust macros .
