Ingredients

Wheat flour 120g

Egg 1

Curd 30g (make buttermilk that comes to 80ml)

Butter 10g

Cinnamon powder 2tsp

Stevia 2tsp

Salt 1tsp

Baking powder 1tsp

Vanilla essense 2-3 drops

For topping:

Peanut butter 30ml

Almonds 2 pieces

Pista 2 pieces

Method

Step 1

Whisk flour, cinnamon powder, salt and baking powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Beat egg, butter, stevia, buttermilk and vanilla essence drops in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Add the egg mixture into flour bowl and mix until no lumps are formed.

Step 4

Preheat waffle maker. And pour the batter equally.

Step 5

Let them cook until golden brown (mine didn't exactly turn out golden but a bit).

Step 6

Made waffles from this mixture.

Step 7

Take them on a plate and garnish with your favorite toppings.

Step 8

I used peanut butter and distributed equally into squares of each waffle.

Step 9

Grate finely almonds and pista all over.

Step 10

Serve them while hot.

Step 11

P.S didn't count calories for finely grated almond and pista.
