Ingredients

Veggies(Carrot,cauliflower,lotus stem,knol knol)2.5kg

Mustard oil 200ml

Salt

Red chilli powder

Turmeric

Rai powder

Vinegar 10ml

Method

Step 1

Cut veggies and let them dry for - hrs Can be placed in sun or under fan

Step 2

Take oil in a big mixing bowl

Step 3

Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,rai powder and mix well

Step 4

Add veggies and sprinkle vinegar and mix well

Step 5

Achar is almost done

Step 6

Keep it an air tight container and place in sunlight for - days

Step 7

It will get ready by then

Step 8
