Green veggies - 200g (Cabbage greated/sliced)
Dal/Besan - 40g
Wheat semolina/rava/suji - 10g
Curd/Dahi - 10g
Ghee - 3g
Coriander chopped
Mix besan, rava, curd and required water and mix to dosa batter consistency
If you have time, let it rest for hour else adding a pinch of baking soda
Add the spices of your choice, I added ginger paste, green chilli paste, salt, chilli powder, jeera powder
Now add the chopped coriander and cabbage
This will take up all liquid
Now brush little ghee on tawa and scoop and spread the batter
Cover and cook and then flip
This makes chillas for me
