Heat a pan and add one cup of semolina to it and toss it until it turns slightly golden and you get a nice aroma
Take one more wok and add / tsp oil to it. Once the oil is hot add cumin seeds, mustard seed, black lentil, grated ginger, green chilli and toss it properly.
Then add and / cup of spinch and carrot to it.
Then add salt, pepper and cups of water to it. Now let it cook for - mins.
Once the water starts boiling, add sauted semolina to it and stir continuously. athe trick is, there shouldn't be any lump.
Once semolina absorbs all the water, turn off the stove and add coriander leaves to garnish. Now it's ready to serve.
