Maggi cube Or Maggic Masala (Optional)
Pre boil rice and add d same hot rice water to the chunks till d time rest of the procedure is on.
Add ghee in a pan den add little ginger garlic paste and mix veggies as per choice once they r about to be done add spices like haldi,chilly powder,garam masala, biryani masala,salt.
Adding half of veg maggi cube or maagic masala gives it a twist.
Add paneer n soya chunks
Mix everything well den add rice and cheese cube cut in small pieces. Cover the pulao for mins and its done.
P.S - I never squeeze out all d water from soya chunks.
