Ingredients

Udad Dal - 40 gm

Oil - 5 ml

Red Chilli Powder

Garlic Cloves - 3-4

Green Chili - 2

Fennel Seeds / Powder

Coriander Powder

Cumin Powder

Fresh Coriander

Salt

Method

Step 1

Soak Udad Dal for - hours

Step 2

Drain Udad Dal

Step 3

Add - garlic cloves

Step 4

Add green chili

Step 5

Add red chilli powder as per taste

Step 6

Add - gram fennel seeds or powder

Step 7

Add / tsp cumin and coriander powder each

Step 8

Add Salt to taste

Step 9

Grind above mixture with - ml water

Step 10

Take Appe patra and grease with oil and put on low flame 🔥

Step 11

Add batter and pour remaining oil. cook one side till it becomes golden brown.

Step 12

Flip them and cook for another - minutes.
