Toor dal :50gms
Gheee : 3gms : use within macros
Stevia as per taste
Wheat flour : 40gms
Cardamom powder: 3 pinch
Nut meg powder: 2 pinch
STEPS: . Boil Toor dal . Drain water . Mast Toor dal finely/ process it in blender and keep it aside .Take pan and heat . Grease it with ghee , once its hot, add the processed toordal . And fry well and keep sauting till it becomes halwa consistency . Add cardamom powder, nut meg powder and stevia as per taste . Saute well for few more minutes and take it into seperate bowl once it’s ready . Be careful it will be hot... once its warm enough, make small sized balls out of it (it would make - balls) . Now make chapati dough and keep it aside for ten mins . Take chapati dough balls , stuff toor dal balls like parathas and roll it carefully . Heat pan and make your hot pooran poli’s , flip side . Serve it with ghee or milk or the way you would like to eat it . Drizzle some desiccated coconut for taste
