Paneer 90g

Tomatoes 50g

Spinach 100g

Lotus stem 100g

Ghee/oil 10g

Rice 30g

Salt

Hing

Red chilli powder

Turmeric

Dry ginger powder

Jeera

Method

Step 1

For Paneer Dice it and roast in hot non stick tawa for -mi Heat pan,add g oil,add jeera and purƩed tomato and mix well Add salt,red chilli powder powder,turmeric and mix well Cook till oil separates Add water as per gravy requirements and bring it to boil Add roasted paneer and cover with lid and cook at low for mins Once done Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve with rice or chapati

Step 2

For Palak nadru Heat g oil in pressure cooker,add hing jeera & chopped Palak,sliced nadru and mix well Add salt,dry ginger powder,red chilli powder and mix well and pressure cook till - whistles Open the lid and cook till water dries up

Rice r basic microwaved ones!
