Ingredients

#Tofu: 50gm

#Paneer: 50gm

#Onion: 25gm

#Carrot: 25gm

#Capsicum: 25gm

#Oil: 10gm

#Ginger & garlic paste: 5 gm

#Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp

#Red chilly powder 1/2 tbsp

#Cumin Seed powder 1/2 tbsp

#Chat Masala 1/2tbsp

#Amchur powder 1/2tbsp

#Wheat flour: 10gm

#Water for binding

Method

Step 1

#Add little oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till they are translucent.

Step 2

#Add ginger garlic paste ,chopped capsicum, grated carrot and cook for a minute. Add tofu and paneer and mix well.

Step 3

#Add red chillies powder, amchur powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, chat masala, salt to taste and cook till raw smell goes off.

Step 4

# Let the mixture cool down and knead it well.Take small portion from mixture and form patties

Step 5

#Roast it on non stick pan with few drops of oil.
