Paneer - 70 gms
Wheat flour - 30 gms
Yogurt - 15 gms
Butter - 5 gms
Tomato purre - 10 gms
Onion - 10 gms
Capsicum - 10 gms
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Amchur - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Dhanya powder -1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Cilantro for garnishing
Mint coriander chutney
Salt as per taste
Cut paneer into small cubes
Take yogurt in a bowl add all the masala and the ginger garlic paste .Wisk the yogurt well
To the yogurt mix add the paneer and allow it to marinate for - min
Knead the whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt into soft dough .Set aside for - min .Once ready divide into two portions and roll into small round thick roti
Cook the roti on a pan like normal roti .Keep them aside
In a pan add some butter and jeera .Once jeera is cooked add onion and sauté until golden brown .To this add the tomato purre and cook until the tomato purre thickens up .
To the above mix add the marinated paneer and mix well , add cilantro and salt. Keep this mixture aside
For plating take the taco roti and spread mint coriander chutney and place the paneer mixture.
Garnish with onion rings coriander and lemon
