Ingredients

Paneer 170g

Onion 50g

Tomato 50g

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Curd 20

Chilly powder 1.5 tsp

Garam masala 1.5 tsp

Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp

Chat masala 1/2 tsp

Salt

Ghee 10g

Kasuri methi

Method

Step 1

Mix paneer with curd, half of (red chilly powder, Garam masala powder and salt ) . Marinate it for mins . Heat the Tawa and add ghee , then add onion and sauté till onions turn slightly brown . Add ginger garlic paste and sauté . Add tomatoes and sauté till it’s cooked . Add chilly powder, garam masala, roasted jeera powder, chat masala salt and sauté well . Sprinkle some water and allow it to cook for mins . Add the marinated paneer and cook for mins . Add Kasturi methi . Serve the tawa paneer
