first of all 1 cup apake for 5-6 hours
2 Medium size onion dinesh chopped.
1 Tomato chopped.
1 Inch ginger cut into long pieces.
1 Slit green chilly.
1 Tsp cumin seeds.
1 tsp oil.
2 tsp coriander powder.
1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
1 tsp garam masala.
salt to taste.
Step. pressure cook soaked chana till - whistles by adding cups of water, / tsp salt.
Step . Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds , green chilli,ginger pieces .Let it turn the color.
Step. Add finally chopped onion and salt.saute well until it turns golden brown.
Step. Now add chopped tomato and cook for min until it leaves the rawness.
Step. After it is done, add red chilli along with water in the pan .
step. After it is done ,red chilli powder,coriander powder ,garam masala,salt to it .and give it a mix.
Step. Let it cook with lid on.
Step. Check if it is all cooked. and coriander leaves .
Step. Serve hot with chapatti. and other.
