1. Chicken 100 gm
2. Curd 100 gm
3. One Tomato one onion
4. Spices, turmeric and salt
5. Ginger garlic paste
6. Coriander leaves optional
7. Coconut oil 5 gm
Marinate the chicken with salt and turmeric and keep aside. . In a heated pan or pressure cooker add gm coconut oil or mustard oil and stir fry the chopped onion till they turn pink. . Add the chicken pieces. Add ginger garlic paste and other spices of choice like pepper, jeera powder, garam masala, curry powder and give a nice mix . Let it cook on medium to low flame with frequent stirring so that it does not burn. . After about min of dry stir add chopped tomato and mix and stir. Let the spicy chicken cook with the tomato till the tomato melts and raw smell is gone. I choose to multitask meanwhile. . Add curd and gently mix. Add a little water for gravy consistency then cover and cook till they are done. Serve with rice
