Ingredients

Bottle guard- 400gms Tomato- 80gms onion- 1 medium (50 gms) chillis- as per your taste Peas- 40gms oil- 10gms mustard seed/jeera- 1/2tsp dried chilli-2 Turmeric- 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste- 1/2tsp salt- as per your requirement

Method

Step 1

Firstly chop bottle gourd very finely and add in a pressure cooker with very lil water and a bit of salt. keep the tomato on top. close the lid and cook till whistle. Next add oil in a hot pan. Add jeera/mustard seed and dried chill stir well and add onions. Fry till brown Add turmeric and ginger garlic paste and mix till raw smell goes. Add peas and mix. cover pan for half a min and mix again. then from pressure cooker firstly take out tomato and mix it in masala for a min. once tomato is mixed and masala is ready then add boiled bottle guard in it and mix. Cover the lid and let it cook for min. open, check salt or if more water is required. Once all checked.. your curry is done โ˜‘๏ธ (Note- We also do add fried fish in this Curry ๐Ÿ˜Š)
