Chicken 40 gms (taken from chicken curry cooked for main meal)
Heat non stick pan with butter and apply one side of chapati to make it greasy and keep the chapati aside.
add egg on the left out butter on the pan and cook it
immediately after putting the egg, put butter greased chapati on egg to now grease it with egg and flip the dry side of the chapati so the egg could stick with it This will ensure the final product is crispy
now when the egg is cooked and sticked with chapati flip the Chapati so that butter-egg greased side is at the bottom and egg sticked side on thr top
add stuffing such as shredded chicken, onion, tomato and cheese slice
you may add seasonings and herbs like chat masala, oregano etc
now flip one side of the chapati on the other half and keep cooking both sides on low flames
serve hot with ketchup and love.
