Raisins : 5gms(within macros)
Cashews :2gms chopped (within macros)

STEPS: Pressure cook moong dal and rice together with more water like khichdi consistency Open cooker lid once cooker is cool Mash all the rice along with moong dal If there is more water you can boil for another mins on low flame Now add elichi powder and nutmeg powder and stir well , add food colour and stir well Once it has reached paste consistency add stevia as per taste and stir well Take pan on another stove Add ghee Tamper with raisins and cashews Ad soon as they are lil crunchy Add it to pongal Serve hot and enjoy
