Whey protein : 1scoop
Oil:3gms
All purpose flour:30gms
Nuts/ dry fruits of your choice:5gms
Egg replacer : optional (4gms)
Soya Milk:70ml( if required more adjust accordingly)
Instant coffee powder :3gms(optional -for a taste)
Baking soda:1/4tsp
Baking powder : pinch
Stevia as per taste
Salt as per taste
Zero calorie syrup : As per taste( you can use honey , but count your calories): 3gms
STEPS: . Take a coffee mug . Add all purpose flour,whey,baking soda,baking powder,stevia, salt .mix well . Now add oil and mix well . Now add milk and mix well /beat with a spoon without any lumps . Grate some paneer & mix well . Save some paneer to add on top . Once the batter is ready in mug, grate paneer on top and microwave it for upto minute . Take it off microwave add dry fruits of your choice on top and drizzle some honey/zero calorie syrup and enjoy your protein mug cake 😋
