Chicken breast - 100 g
Spices and salt as per your choice
Cut chicken into small pieces and cook them on a non stick pan for - min on medium heat. Cover the pan with a lid for initial - min and the remove to get rid of excess water
Grind the cooked chicken.
In the same pan heat g of oil and add finely chopped onion and chilli. Sauté it for a min and add all the spices of your choice. Cook everything thing together for few seconds and add the grounded chicken. Mix it well cook it for few more seconds, switch off the flame and let it cool
Now make stuffed chicken parathas like any other stuffed parathas with remaining oil. I got medium sized parathas with generous amount of filling
