On the side, combine bulgar wheat with a diluted vegetable or chicken broth or water in the ration :.. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer and then lower heat and cover for mins. Take off from heat and keep covered for more mins. Fluff with a fork and serve hot with the stir fry.
