Ingredients

50 gm Soya chunks

150 gm green vegetables ( cabbage & capsicum)

2 slices of processed cheese

50 gm paneer

10 gm cow ghee

salt and spices

half tea spoon soya souce(chings)

half tea spoon chilly sauce ( chings)

1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste

half onion and 1 med size tomato

Method

Step 1

boil water and add soya chunks till they get soft, squeeze water from soya chunks.

Step 2

heat ghee in a large wok/kadhai. add pinch of cumin seeds/ jeera, pinch of hing, half tea spoon turmeric/haldi and tea spoon ginger garlic paste

Step 3

add soya chunks and sorte on med high flame, add finely chopped vegetables and sprinkle table spoon water and cover with lid

Step 4

roast paneer cubes on non stick pan

Step 5

check out the wok and stir the vegetables gently

Step 6

add paneer cubes to vegetables and soya and stir on med high flame

Step 7

add soya sauce, green chili sauce and salt to taste and mix well and remove from flame

Step 8

serve in a dish and garnish with cilantro topped up with cheese triangles

Step 9
