Ingredients

Mung bean sprouts-50g

Soya chunks raw-30g

Coconut oil-10g

Any green veggies- chopped-100g

Capsicum-chopped-30g- optional

Onion- chopped-30g

Ginger - half inch

Garlic - 4-5 pods

Green chili-1-2

Salt

Rice flour/ besan-10g

Chat masala

Dhania jeera powder

Method

Step 1

Grind raw soya chunks with ginger garlic chilli to form powder

Step 2

Clean and chop any green veggies,capsicum,onion

Step 3

Coarsely grind mung sprouts in the grinder, just a little, no paste

Step 4

Mix together soya chunks powder, onion, capsicum, chopped veggies ajwain,salt , chat masala , dhania jeera powder

Step 5

I have not added turmeric powder and chilli powder as wanted to keep them green

Step 6

Add rice flour or chickpea flour (besan) to bind it

Step 7

Add some drops of water if mixture is dry , not kneading

Step 8

Make tikkis and shallow fry then on nonstick pan brushing oil on both sides

Step 9

You can airfry them also
