Split moong dal 50 grams
Rice 60 grams
Onion 1/2
Green chili 1
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ghee 5 grams
Baking soda 1 pinch
Salt
Soak rice and moong dal for few hours and grind it in blender until it becomes a thick paste
Now add chopped onion,cumin,green chili
Add salt and baking soda and mix well
Now heat a paniyaram pan and add ghee into the pods add the batter in to the pan and let it cook on medium flame for few minutes and turn around and let it cook for two more minutes and serve with any desired chutney
