Soya chunks flour - 50 gms
Besan - 40 gms
Spinach - 100 gms
Onion & Coriander - 50 gms together
Ghee - 8 gms
Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt - as per taste
Blend spinach to puree and chop onion and coriander finely
Mix all ingredients and spices together
Add water to adjust consistency. Batter should be of flowy consistency.
Brush tava with ghee and spread the batter evenly to make very thin dosa
Cook for - minutes on low flame
Flip and cook from other side too for minutes
