Sushi rice cooked 100 grams (measured raw)
Spinach about 10 big leaves and stems removed
Soy sauce and oyster sauce each 10 ml
Shrimps 50 grams size
Sesame seeds white 5 grams
Oil for cooking shrimps 5 ml
Soak spinach leaves in Luke warm water for minutes
Take out and pay dry
Cook shrimps in ml of olive oil , ml of soy sauce and oyester sauce . Sprinkle some salt and pepper and it’s done in minutes
Now to each spinach add spoon of rice and press it with the back of spoon , place the shrimps in centre. Sprinkle sesame seeds and roll from one end to other . You can even add thin sliced cucumbers and bell peppers too. Again drizzle the sauce and serve
