Take the fish head and prawns, marinate it with turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Keep it aside. Take wok, add g oil, heat the oil and first fry the fish head till it becomes brownish take them out and break them into pieces and keep aside. Now in same oil fry the prawns and keep it aside too.
Now in same pan add cumin seeds, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, bay leaves and dry red chillies. Let them crackle. Then add onion and fry till golden brown. After that add ginger and garlic paste and fry for new minutes. Now add red chili powder, turmeric powder. Coriander powder and cumin powder with this add very little water and fry for a minute or so and then add tomato cover and cook till tomato becomes soft and water dries of maximum.
Now put green chilies and fry for few seconds then add one by one vegetables and keep frying them with the masala. Once veggies are cooked add prawns and fish head and fry everything together for to minutes.
Serve with hot rice, lemon and chili.
