1. Oil. - 10 gram 2. Palak Spinach - 80 gram 3. Carrot& paneer. - Each 10 gram 4. Chickpeas. - 30 gram 5. Uncooked rice. - 45 gram 6. Green chilli - 2 7. Onion &tomato. - Each 1/2 in medium 8. Garlic. - 4 peeled 9. Tamarind. - 1/8 teaspoon 10. Curd. - 100 gram 11. Salt. As per taste
STEP : Soak chickpeas overnight for minimum hrs. After soaking pressure cooker with whistle. Heat a pan in medium flame, add a teaspoon of oil. Add carrot with salt cook until it become soft. Finally add pinch of chilli powder and turmeric. Before switch off the flame stir fry the chickpeas and paneer on it. STEP : In a pressure cooker add washed Palak onion tomato green chilli tamarind and pinch of turmeric with cup of water. After it gets whistle switch off the flame. Once pressure release, separate the water from Palak and add garlic, salt mash everything together to get thick consistency. Adjust water as per taste. STEP : In the separate pan, add oil pinch of mustard seed and cumin seeds. To that add mashed Palak and cook for mins. Switch off the flame serve with de starched rice and curd/yogurt.
