2 Chicken Leg Pieces
1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Methi Leaves)
Salt as per taste
40 gms Yoghurt ( Prefer Greek Yoghurt)
10 leaves Mint
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Marinade Preperation : Mix tsp yoghurt, chilly powder, pepper, ginger garlic, kasuri methi, salt in a blender or by whisking them together.
Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well. Marinate for min mins or overnight. Making a few gashes over the chicken pieces before marination would help infuse the flavours better.
Grill in an oven at degrees for mins or more.
Yoghurt Dip : Take rest of the yoghurt in a bowl and mix in finely chopped fresh mint leaves, lemon juice and salt.
