Soyabean Granules: 30g
Pohe/Rice flakes: 30g
Ghee/Oil: 10g
Onion: 1 small
Mix veggies: as per choice
Green chillies, Curry leaves and Mustard seed
Masalas: Dhania powder, Red chilli powder, Garam masala, Amchoor and salt to taste
Prepration: . Boil soyabean granules and squeeze out excess water . Soak Pohe for a minute and drain out excess water . Blanche the veggies (put them in hot water for - mins)
In a pan add ghee and heat it. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add onion and sautee for minutes.
Add green chillies and curry leaves & sautee for minute
Add the veggies and cook for - minutes. Add the masalas and give a good mix.
Finally add soyabean and Pohe and mix everything well. Cover the pan and switch off the flame. Let it sit in the build up steam for - minutes and serve hot!!
