Soyabean nuggets (boiled) - 50 gms
Defatted Soya flour - 2 tb spoon
Mushrooms (sliced & blanched) - 100 gms
Butter - 10 gms
Milk - 50 ml
Garlic minced - 4to5
Black pepper (freshly ground) -1/2 tb spoon
Salt+ Chilli flakes + Mixed pasta herbs
Water as & when required
Add butter to the pan & sautee the garlic for about seconds ( don't burn it)
Add defatted Soya flour & cook it for about a minute (untill you get nutty fragrance)
Now slowly & steadily add milk & keep stirring so that no lumps are formed & cook for a minute
Add Pepper corn & salt. Also keep adding water to set a little liquid consistency & add Soyabean (we want the Soyabean to soak in the flavors)
Add mushrooms cook for a minute.
Finally add origano, mixed herbs , chiili flakes & give a final stirr.
