Rawa/ Semolina: 40g
Soyabean Granules (powdered): 40g
Ghee: 10g
Spianch: 100g (or any veg of choice finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Green chilies: Freshly minced (to preference)
Garam masala + Amchoor: 1 tea spoon each
Salt and Pepper
In a bowl take all dry ingredients (rawa, granules powder, masale)
Soak Spinach in hot water for minutes and make a fine paste in a mixer
Add this paste, ginger, garlic & chilli and form a soft dough (Not hard dough like for roti a bit softer)
In case using other veggies- chop them finely and using water make the dough.
Divide the dough and form round balls as per size of your pan
Greese all paniyaram compartments and place these balls.
Cook from all sides on a low flame (with little patience). Minimum - minutes each side. Serve hot
