Ingredients

Soya chunks/ granules -40g

Potatoes-50 g ( boil it before adding)

Besan/corn flour - 5 g

Oil/ ghee/ butter-6 g

Any veggies-100g ( chopped fine)

Ginger - small piece -1/2 inch

Garlic-4-5 pods

Green chilli-1/2 as per your choice

Salt- as per taste

Dhaniya jeera powder - 1 tsp

Red chilli powder- as per your choice

Turmeric powder-1 pinch

Any other spices like chat masala ( optional)

Method

Step 1

You can use powdered chunks or boiled chunks For powder- grind chunks with ginger ,garlic, green chilli For boiled chunks - soak for mins and boil with water , cool Squeeze extra water & grind coarsely with ginger ,garlic, green chilli

Step 2

Mash boiled potato

Step 3

Add chopped veggies to it

Step 4

Add soya chunks paste/ powder and add all other spices, add besan ,salt

Step 5

Make cutlets/ tikis

Step 6

Brush oil / ghee/ butter on nonstick pan, fry tikkis or air fry brushing oil / ghee on them

Step 7

Enjoy with mint coriander chutney or ketchup ( optional)
