Veggies : of your choice :200gms
Oil: As per macros
Paneer : 10gms( use which is within your macros)
Oregano :as per taste
Salt as per taste
Green chillies optional :2-3
Chilli flakes : optional
Turmeric powder
Cumin seeds
Onions : within your macros
Sauces of your choice : within macros
STEPS: Soya Roti: Use wheat flour and soya and knead into dough and make roti of it Filling: Heat pan Add oil Add cumin seeds , let it splutter Add chopped green chillies and onions Saute till soft but still crunchy Add veggies of your choice saute they are lil soft but crunchy Add salt, oregano, chilli flakes , turmeric powder and saute Take it off from the flame and keep it aside ROLL IT OUT: Keep roti Grease roti with sauces of your choice Place filling at the side of roti as shown in image Grate some paneer on top of it Roll the roti from one side to another and roll a aluminium foil on top of it so that you can hold roll without dropping anything from bottom Enjoy your soya veggie Roll!!
