Soya chunks grind to fine powder - 40 g
Semolina(rava) - 105 g
Onion- 100g
Coconut oil - 15 g
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon- 1/2( optional)
Keep glasses of water for heating aside
In a vessel add oil and musturd seeds- cook for / minute, then add chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden
Add semolina and roast till it leaves a fragrance and add soya powder
After it is roasted well add the hot water and salt, stir till it thickens, you can add more water according to the consistency you like.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot
Squeeze lemon on top for an enhanced taste
