Ingredients as per 3 pieces of 50 gm each 1) Wheat flour (20 gm) 2) Cornflour (20 gm) 3) Soya Chunks flour (20 gm) 4) Besan (20 gm) 5) Oil (5 ml) 6) Kasturi methi, turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder, salt and lemon juice (to taste) 7) Onion (60 gm)

Method

Step 1

) Mix Wheat flour, Corn flour, Besan and soya flour. ) Add kasturi methi, freshly chopped onion and green chilli. ) Add coriander powder, turmeric, chili powder and salt to taste. ) Add some lime juice. ) Add water and mix to create a dough, keep it aside for sometime. ) Preheat the pan and brush some oil. ) take a gm (approx) and make a thick chapati. ) Put it on the oiled pan, and cover the lid. ) After some time apply some oil on top and flip it to cook from the other side. ) Cook till it gets crispy. ) Enjoy with freshly made Dhaniya and Tomato chutney.
